More Flexibility in French Doors

Back to Product Showcase
Marvin Windows and Doors introduces the new Outswing French Door, which is ideal for locations where space is limited, yet the homeowner desires the sunlight and beauty a French door offers.

This new door is highly configurable allowing for five different handle finishes, a choice of locking systems and a wood or clad exterior. Standard features of the door include energy efficient insulating glass, head and foot bolts, adjustable hinges and a tough Ultrex® Sill.

Ultrex is a unique and innovative product formed by glass fibers combined with liquid polyester resin, then hardened in the shape of window or door component profiles. this combination results in a stable, nearly indestructible shield of protection against the outside elements. It has incredible strength and durability and does not discolor, warp, or bend.

If an Outswing won't work in the project, contractors might prefer Marvin's more traditional Inswing French Door; or, a swinging door may not be an option for the given space. Then, choose Marvin's Sliding French Door with the same French Door appearance and hardware color options as Marvin's swinging doors. With all these choices, a contractor has more flexibility to choose the door that will work for the job.

Marvin makes more than 11,000 standard window and door sizes, but, it a standard size won't work, Marvin makes their windows and doors Made for You with virtually unlimited custom capabilities.
