1. What is an eShowroom?
A customized on-line product catalogue that resides in a dealer's website or in store kiosk. Viewers can find detailed product information on only the products you sell. This is a turnkey service provided by Remodeling News for building Material dealers.

4. Will Manufacturers support my showroom with co-op funds?
Yes. Many dealers use their coop funds to help pay for their eShowroom.

5. What is a sponsor and how are they determined?
Sponsors are usually those manufacturers that are supporting your eShowroom with co-op funds. However, the dealer decides which manufacturers they would like to have as sponsors. You can have as many or as few as you like. They can be positioned in any order you choose.

6. Can we include proprietary or custom products that we manufacturer?
Yes. We can create custom brochures. You would need to provide us with the photos and text.

7. How often is the information in my eShowroom updated?
We are constantly monitoring and updating manufacturer information. The information should always be up to date. You can add or delete manufacturers anytime with an email or phone call.

8. Can I determine how many people are using my eShowroom?
Yes. You will have access to your traffic reports 24 hours a day. You can see the number of visitors, how many brochures were viewed and much more on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

9. What if I do not have a website?
No problem. Our web design professional will build one for you.

10. How does the eShowroom link into my website?
It is very simple. We provide you with a URL link to position on your website Homepage. We e-mail the URL directly to your webmaster with directions.

11. I have multiple store locations with different products in each store.
Can the eShowroom handle that?

Yes. We have the ability to create one eShowroom for you with a store locator that tells the viewer which store carries which product.

12. Can I add and delete products in my eShowroom.
Yes. It's simple. As a subscriber you can simply add and delete manufacturers in your dealer admin console.

13. What technical support will I need?
None. The eShowroom is hosted in our servers. We maintain it so you don't have to worry about it. Our technical staff will make sure it is always working properly.

14. Does the viewer ever leave my website?
The viewers experience is that they never leave your website. Technically, they have left your website. However, we create the look and feel that they are still in your website. The eShowroom is customized to look like your website and a Home button is provided that returns the viewer to your website when they are done searching.

15. Can we add prices to our eShowroom?
No. At this time there is no capability for a dealer to add prices. We are considering an option for dealers to add price or a price range to products.

16. Can I use the eShowroom for ecommerce?
The eShowroom does not have a shopping cart feature or ecommerce capabilities. We can add a "Buy Now" button to any product in your eShowroom that will simply link the viewer back to a page in your website where they can buy it through your ecommerce package.
